At Natural Health First, our mission is to create a supportive community where everyone feels empowered to make informed health choices without shame or stigma.
Natural Health First was born in response to the unprecedented lockdowns of 2020. Founded in Los Angeles, people from diverse political and social backgrounds came together to support each other, share their feelings, and organize activism. We embrace critical thinking, respect diverse viewpoints, and stand united in our commitment to medical freedom and mutual support. Together, we celebrate each other's journeys, providing strength and encouragement through every challenge and triumph.
